RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. 30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days from the date your package is delivered.

If 30 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a refund or reshipment:

  • The item must be unused
  • The item must be in the same condition as received
  • The item must be in original packaging

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.


3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

Include:

  • Your Order Number
  • The product(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return

If approved, we will provide return instructions.
Do not send items back without authorization.


4. Refund Method & Timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Credit card refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear
  • Store credit or loyalty rewards (if applicable) will be returned in the same format

Refunds are processed once returned items are received and inspected.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery
  • Include clear photos of the issue
  • Provide your order number

For safety reasons, do not consume or use damaged products.

We reserve the right to evaluate quality-related claims before issuing refunds or replacements.


6. Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members
  2. Contact the carrier directly
  3. Email us within 14 days of the marked delivery date

We will initiate an investigation with the carrier.


7. Return Shipping Labels

Return labels are provided only if:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The wrong item was shipped

Return labels are not provided for buyer’s remorse or non-defective items.

We reserve the right to approve or deny return requests on a case-by-case basis.


8. Price Matching

We do not offer price matching for:

  • Promotional periods before or after purchase
  • Products sold by third-party retailers
  • Subscription pricing

9. Discount Policy

Only one discount may be applied per order unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Promotional discounts cannot be combined.


10. Subscription Terms (If Applicable)

  • Promotional discounts apply to the first subscription order only
  • Renewal orders are charged at the current subscription rate at time of renewal
  • Subscription discounts are valid for one-time use unless stated otherwise

SHIPPING POLICY

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only.

International shipping is not available at this time.


2. Shipping Methods

Orders ship from Southern California via:

  • UPS Ground (1–5 business days)
  • Standard Ground (2–7 business days)
  • USPS for APO/FPO and Puerto Rico

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.


3. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Delivery time typically ranges between 2–7 business days, depending on location.

Shipping time does not include processing time.


4. Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over $99 (before tax).

Orders under $99 will have shipping costs calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.


5. Shipment Delays

We are not responsible for carrier delays caused by:

  • Weather
  • Holidays
  • Incorrect shipping address
  • Carrier operational delays

6. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
